Triton Accounts Automation is a private business tool for Triton Engineering. It helps authorized staff archive receipt attachments and organize information from the designated accounts WhatsApp group.

Administrator-managed access

What the app does

  1. Receive and queue

    Eligible messages from the configured accounts group enter a durable processing queue.

  2. Archive and extract

    Receipt attachments are archived in the configured Google Drive folder. An AI service can help extract amounts, dates, parties, and references.

  3. Record and review

    Results are written to the Triton accounts register in Google Sheets, with the original caption and a link to the archived file. Staff review the source documents and extracted entries.
